While at LRP, I helped develop, designed, and launched an in-house customer rewards program using Alpine IQ to boost retention and loyalty. I helped structure the points system—defining tiers, earning rules, and redemption options—designed branded visuals, customized the platform, and worked with retail staff to enroll customers.
To promote the launch, I executed email, social, and in-store campaigns, built a landing page with limited-time incentives, and created an animated instructional visual. The program drove adoption beyond expectations in month one and continues to engage LRP’s customer base.
