  • At the point of sale, we placed QR codes asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review.

  • Every week, we selected the best reviews to feature on our social media.

  • If a customer mentioned one of our amazing team members by name, our Store Manager would grab a quick, candid photo of that employee in action — turning their hard work into a spotlight moment.

Not only did this give our followers real, authentic feedback from people just like them, but it also celebrated the staff members who make those experiences possible.
